We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SMS Program Terms

Lead Lazo Updates

Upon opting in, users will receive messages related to digital marketing tips, special offers, updates on our services, and important notifications. Message frequency is a minimum of 2 messages a month.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a minimum of 2 messages a month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
